Inaugural Destination Immersion program brings valuable information, experiences to all
Visit NC’s first Destination Immersion program kicked off in Henderson County last week to great success. Hosted by the Henderson County TDA, the familiarization tour for the Visit NC team included several businesses along and segments of the still-coming-together Ecusta Trail, including a restaurant set to open in a few months along the trail. The group experienced a sunset at Jump Off Rock in Flat Rock and a walking tour of downtown Hendersonville, with stops by several attractions. The overnight stay at Horse Shoe Farm in Hendersonville included a tour of the site and toasting s'mores after dinner at the onsite restaurant. The session concluded with a sit-down meeting with the HCTDA team at Kanuga, where the group discussed successes, challenges
and working together for the success of all.
